Ditch problem

To whom it may concern, My property at 35 Lilac Avenue is the only property on my street that has not had their ditch filled in. It is rather bothersome as my ditch is very large, and the spring thaw creates over-flowing on my property and sometimes into my basement. I am confused as to why my property's ditch was not renovated when everyone else's was, but it would be greatly appreciated if it could be looked into. Sincerely, Joshua Simon
