For much of the section of Cottonwood between Scott and Kirkaldy the aspĥalt top kayer on the south side of the street is disintegrating. This extends for a foot or so in from the edge of the road. This was overlooked last year by a works crew that went right by it and patched another section further down the street.Needs to be repaired this year.
